Amara at Paraiso

Amara  is a new spot located in the Edgewater, 3101 NE 7th Ave., Miami, FL 33137 in the  Biscayne bay area, a beautiful restaurant ambience, developed by none other than Michael Schwartz who we know for his incredible Michaels Genuine food and Drinks and Harry’s pizzeria

We stopped by and although this restaurant is not close to other dinning places because it is more a residential area, the surprise you will find is very nice, the ambient is trendy and elegant, so it can be an occasion to dress nice and have a good dinner

We decided to have a drink and some of Amara’s snacks and these we would like to mention

First the Grilled flatbread chimichurri, that comes with fried oregano and  lemon, a unique and delicious combination worth tasting

 

 

These Yuca cheese puffs also did their part while we had our drinks, a great mix with the parmesan cheese

 

 

These we really enjoyed, the Crispy Hominy is a marinated corn appetizer that we did not want to stop eating, very different and delicious.

You will have a nice waterfront view to just chill and have drinks , or you can also go on a romantic dinner, Amara fits the glove for many desires
