One of the traditional and delicious restaurants of Medellin is  la Cafetiere de Anita definitely a great place to dine

 

Their salmon is incredible and it comes with a mash potato and reduction sauce to pour on top

 

you can see everything is served with elegance

 

 

Their Tuna in a sweet orange bed sauce is cooked perfectly
