A great optional plan for Sunday entertainment in Miami is visiting the Perez Art Museum. The exhibitions are constantly rotating so its a good place to learn about good art and have an intelectual Sunday experience.
Zooming into was recently at the Perez Art Museum restaurant Verde. the meal experience was very nice, the crowd was geared towards families, some foreigners and nice looking Europeans, so if you are single and the type of person you are looking for is on the smart and artistic side, a Sunday brunch at Verde is a good option.
The dishes I feel as a good recommendation are the Pancakes, if you are a pancake lover, they are very tasty and come with fruits, the texture is nice and coming from a Pancake lover I believe you will Enjoy them specially with a lot of syrup.
We also ordered a Pizza cooked with a white sauce and Arugula, in my opinion it was a great choice for brunch, a very different but tasty Pizza. its size is enough for 2 not very hungry people or one person meal if its going to be your only choice
We also ordered a salad and on this dish I will say it was nice but we would not say it was an exquisite salad, very standard, not on the strong side of the restaurant but thats just our opinion maybe you will enjoy their green salads its all a matter of taste.
What we would definitely recommend is the chicken on the potato bed, it was deliciously cooked and had a very unique flavor, considering that its not that easy to do that with chicken. This dish was really great and we would go back to Verde just to have this chicken again.
In general we had a overall good experience at Verde, a good place for brunch on a Sunday, considering everything that happens around it, the Bay, the Museum, the park to relax after a good meal, in general a place we recommend you would want to check out
